Dr Hill is an Associate Professor, Faculty of Education and Director of the Doctoral Training Centre at The British University in Dubai. Prior to his move to the Middle East, Dr Hill held a senior leadership position at The University of Nottingham Malaysia Campus for 8 years. Dr Hill has international experience in higher education in Australia, China, Ghana, Iraq, Malaysia, Spain, Taiwan, Tanzania, Thailand, UAE, UK and Vietnam.
Dr Hill’s research interests include transnational education and its impact on host nations and the development of international education. Dr Hill’s recent publications include Education in the Asian Century: The European Legacy and the Future of Transnational Education in the ASEAN Region. Hill, C. and Fernandez-Chung, R. (eds). Prof. Dr. Martí Casadesús Fa is a Professor in the Department of Business Management and Product Development at the University of Girona. He studied Industrial Engineering (UPC) and holds a Doctorate in Industrial engineering (UdG).
He is currently co-director of the research group GREP (Research Group in Product, process and production) at the University of Girona. This group is devoted to the design of new planning and management of production systems, as well as quality management.
His research is focused on quality management. Several publications in research journal as: Total Quality Management, International Journal of Quality & Reliability Management, The TQM Magazine, International Journal of Operations & Management... He is also one of the Spanish experts on the Technical Committee 176 of ISO (International Organization for Standardization), which is dedicated to the creation of new standards of management systems.
He has been Vice-Dean at the Polytechnic School and Vice-Rector for Planning & Quality at the University of Girona.
He is currently the director of AQU Catalunya (The Catalan University Quality Assurance Agency) and Secretariat of INQAAHE's Board (International Network for Quality Assurance Agencies in Higher Education).

Yung-chi Hou (Angela) is Professor of Higher Education at Fu Jen Catholic University, Taiwan. She now serves as the Executive Director of Higher Education Evaluation & Accreditation Council as well as the Vice President of APQN. Currently, she is also in the service of Chief-in-Editor of HEED Journal jointly published by HEEACT and Asian Pacific Quality Network (APQN) and as Associate Editor of Journal of Asian Pacific Educational Review (SSCI). She specializes in higher education policy, quality management, internationalization, faculty development, quality assurance of cross border higher education. She has been conducting several international higher education research projects funded by Taiwan, US, and Russian governments.
Over the past 5 years, she has been invited to CHEA, SEEI, IREG, HKCAAVQ, HEEC, AACCUP, PACUCOA, NAAC, British Council, INQAAHE, APEC, ENQA, and APQN to present her studies and to share Taiwan higher education as well. Up to present, she has published more than 120 Chinese and English papers, articles, book chapters and reports in the areas of higher education evaluation and rankings in local and international referred journals. She is the author of CHEA Principles "Principle 1 Quality and higher education providers". She is also recognized by the Springer as one of the top 24 Asian researchers in higher education field. Over past five years, she has been awarded “Outstanding Researcher” by Ministry of Science and Technology, Taiwan.
